Sometimes Google updates its app and results in some devices unable to download or install our game (or other games).

In this case, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Settings > App Management > All > Google Play > Uninstall Update and then open Google Play again to download our game.

If it still doesn't work, you can try update Google Play to the latest version or reinstall it.
